Testimonials

Walter Jakiela, Justin Nylund, and the whole crew!
I am very happy with my new cap!
No problems, no complaints!
Of course it was uncomfortable having people work in one’s mouth, but it was over fairly quick.
My bank account got bruised and hurt, yet I’m glad to have this nice gold tooth!
I plan to be there again.
Thank you all very much!

Scott

Dear Dr Nylund,
I wanted to write you a quick note to let you how much I appreciate you and your staff seeing me on such short notice in June before my family and I left Taos. I also wanted to let you know how much I love my new smile! It is such a blessing for me to know that I am always in such good care at your office. Thank you.

Madi

I’m glad Stephanie recommended you.
Thank you for your counsel, honesty, wisdom and generosity.
I appreciate the heads up on the Albuquerque denture place.
The tooth and gum tonic is a great product. I will buy the large bottle.
I am grateful for the time you gave me.
With Respect,

Bonnie

Dear Carla and Dr Nylund,
Thank you both for making room in your busy schedule to see me at a time of great need during my recent stay in Taos.
Your care, understanding and professionalism make your practice exceptional. I was not in my “home” but you made me feel like it was.
With my dearest respect and admiration,

cathy

What do powdered fruit, talc, honey, dried flowers, mice and lizard livers have in common? They have all been ingredients in ancient toothpaste and powder. Yum.

Attention Chocolate Lovers…Many dentists agree raisins can cause more tooth decay than chocolate. Sticky foods such as raisins and dried fruits can stay on the teeth longer and develop more decay.

According to a study at the University of Connecticut, too much toothpaste early in life is responsible for more than 70% of fluorosis cases (staining or mottling of tooth enamel that develops when children swallow fluoridated toothpaste). Although this problem is only cosmetic, it is recommended children under six only use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and be reminded to spit it out after brushing.
